Come see one of the most unique events SMAC has to offer.
An evening of a multi-course meal with segments of music, film clips
and hilarious banter from Nigel Hoggsbottem between each course.

The fun starts in the Lobby at 5:00
Apps will be served cocktail hour style in the Old Barn and your first wine ...
so please be prompt so you don't miss a wine or a course!

And ask us about a taxi service if you need it or there is a special price for designated drivers. And we suggest doing so...

* Steak Sirloin with Maple Onion Sauce
With Herb Mashed Potatoes Rainbow Carrots

*Greek Chicken
Chicken Braised in white wine, aprioct tomatoes and olives, served on a bed of spinach finished with fresh crumbled feta cheese

*Seafood Ala King
 Lobster and shrimp in a light cream sauce sauce with peas, and pimentos,
Served over a split sage biscuit
With Rainbow Carrots

* Wild Mushroom Farfalle 
Wild mushrooms braised in white wine served on bowtie pasta with baby spinach, caramelized onions, and drizzled with creamy parmesan sauce and garnished with fresh tomatoes.
