Celebrate Mom!
A multi-course brunch with Erica Brown and the "Connection" providing their great style of bluegrass in concert with mini sets between courses. After each course the band does a mini concert with a final longer set to end the day's event.  

A unique way to see a day concert at SMAC and have a nice meal
with friends and family.
All kind of Moms are welcome!!
If you take care of someone, or something, you are a Mom!!

* Doors open at 10:30 AM

* Starts at 11:00 with your first course,
so don't be late!!

* Please be prompt so we can start the first set once everyone is seated.

* Cost is 60.00 per person

And of course great music and atmosphere too.

About Erica Brown and the Bluegrass Connection

We love this band…the pride of Maine...and we are so happy to have them back on our stage for this special holiday! Fiddler Erica Brown and her band feature some of the finest musicians in New England. They are energetic, fun and diverse as they incorporate music from the traditional Bluegrass, Folk and Country repertoire as well as French Canadian fiddle music and original songs.

First Course ...
OJ and  Cinnamon Roll

Second Course Small Plates... Choose One 

* Smoked salmon
with herb cheese and capers and bagel chips

* Irish cheddar cheese, fruit, hummus
with black bean and corn salad, and pita bread

Maine Course ... choose one entree

* Baked French Toast
* Baked Challah French Toast with real maple syrup
  Comes with a Fruit Bowl 

* SMAC Brunch Pizza...Two Kinds:
*Steak and Taters:
A white pizza layered with herb mashed pototoes, cheese, sliced sirloin and scrambled eggs, topped with scallions crumbled bacon and a drizzle of maple sour cream
* Veggie Vision:
A white pizza layered with herb mashed potaotes cheese, broccoli, roasted pepper and onions, tomatoes and scrambled eggs
Pizza comes with a Fruit Bowl
Also availble as (GF) pizza

* Chicken and Waffles 
Panko Chicken served over a waffle with whipped butter, mpale syrup, and crushed pecans.
Comes with a Fruit Bowl

* Monte Cristo Panini
* Monte Cristo Panini with fruit jam, turkey, ham, and swiss, with a side of maple syrup.

* Vegan Panini available with vegan cheese
