About our Performer: Jesse Dee
Soul singer Jesse is a SMAC favorite. He has been here many times with his own band, but the first time we had him, he was solo on one of our Song Stages…and he blew us away., Just him playing his guitar and singing in the Jesse Soul style, it just SMAC perfect. His voice will fill up hall. We can't wait! Listen to this voice!


What is a Big Barn Musical Dinner?
During the dreaded pandemic, we did five course dinners in our smaller barn with performances in between courses. It was silver lining and became a cool interactive dinner event that we all really love. So we decided to carry that spirit into the main stage to present unique perforomances and gather for a meal. 

How does it work?
Enjoy a five course meal in the main hall. After each course Jesse will perform a short set until the next course is served. 
How this works ... You will be served 5 courses tonight and after each course you will hear sleigh bells!!! That is your cue to put your forks down and quiet the room to be treated to performance. Something for everyone, and it is a unique way to experience all the SMAC has to offer. 

Dinner is 70. 00 and includes
a five course dinner and performace segments
(does not include tax, tip or additonal beverage)

Start Time: 6:00 on the dot! (doors open 5:30)
You don't want to miss a course or a performance!!!

TONIGHT'S MENU (subject to change)
Dinner includes apps, a welcome drink, salad, main course, dessert and coffee.
Beverages, and tax  are not included except for your arrival welcome drink and coffee.
Gratuity not included.  

STARTING COURSE
A little Toasting bubbly upon arrival! (non alcoholic available)
Brie cheese dip with fig chutney and crackers..
AND of course signature bread and  honey butter

                                SOUP COURSE                               
*Tuscan Sausage made with Tomatoes, Kale and White Beans                                                                       or
                  * Veggie Chili comes with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese

SALAD COURSE
A garden salad with our house vinaigrette

        MAINE COURSES ... choose one entree

* Steak Sirloin with Maple Onion Sauce
Served with snap peas and a Baked Potato with bacon butter and a side of sour cream 

*Shrimp Scampi
 Gulf shrimp braised in white wine and tomatoes
served over linguini

* Veggie Burrito Dinner
This dish is more New England than New Mexico...not too spicy.
Two mini flour tortilla burritos stuffed with beans, rice, veggies, and cheese, and finished with a light fiesta white sauce. Side of salsa and sour cream too.
Comes with a fruit salad, & tortilla chips

Cappacino whoopie pie…for here or to go..cause you might be too stuffed!
            And a Cup a Joe or a Cup of Tea. (Maybe spike it with a shot of Jameson! )
