A Five Course Musical Dinner to Support SMAC 
with The Carol Noonan Trio 
featuring Carol, Duke Levine and Kevin Barry

Carol and Kevin will rally without him and will call upon their experience from their old duo  days!! But we will all miss Duke and see him again another time. 

About our Performers:
Tonight these three friends come together to give SMAC a boost. It's no secret that Covid was a wallop for SMAC and it's staff,  but as always good friends, good customers and a great staff keep us going. This night is all about that.

About these three:
 Wow..it has been months  since these three friends have been able to see each other, never mind play together. Carol began her career as the lead singer and songwriter for the band Knots and Crosses. "Crosses" was formed in the late 1980s connected by all being students at the New England Conservatory of Music at one time. After a major-label bidding war led to a failed deal with Island Records, the group disbanded and Noonan went on to do three solo albums for the Philo/Rounder label through 1997. The "Carol Noonan Band" featured Duke Levine and Kevin Barry on guitars. Over the years these two amazing players and good friends have stayed with her for most of her live performances, when they were not backing up national acts like Peter Wolf, Rosanne Cash, J. Geils and Mary Chapin Carpenter. As well as all her albums. Since her time with Rounder she has released a number of albums on her own label carolnoonanmusic.com. An NPR darling for her music, she has also been a guest essayist on Weekend Edition, and been included on one of their Driveway Moments compilations. So began Carol's twisting journey towards the Stone Mountain Arts Center. Many know Duke and Kevin from their countless appearances here with Carol, and Peter Wolf. MOst recently kevin could be seen with Jackson Browne and Duke with Bonnie Raitt!!! They are two of the most sought after guitar players for tours and sessions, but for this night they will come back to their vacation home of sorts here at SMAC! Don't miss this happy reunion of these friends and musicians.

What is a Big Barn Musical Dinner?
During the dreaded pandemic, we did five course dinners in our smaller barn with performances in between courses. It was silver lining and became a cool interactive dinner event that we all really love. So we decided to carry that spirit into the main stage to present unique perforomances and gather for a meal. 

How does it work?
Enjoy a five course meal in the main hall. After each course these talented artists will perform and enlighten you until the next course is served. 
How this works ... You will be served 5 courses tonight and after each course you will hear sleigh bells!!! That is your cue to put your forks down and quiet the room to be treated to performance. Something for everyone, and it is a unique way to experience all the SMAC has to offer.

TONIGHT'S MENU (subject to change)
Dinner includes apps, a welcome drink, salad, main course, dessert and coffee.
Beverages, and tax  are not included except for your arrival welcome drink and coffee.
Gratuity not included.  

STARTING COURSE
A little Toasting bubbly upon arrival! (non alcoholic available)
Brie cheese dip with fig chutney and crackers..
AND of course signature bread and  honey butter

SOUP COURSE
Ratatouille with a cruinchy crostini

SALAD COURSE
A garden salad with our house vinaigrette

        MAINE COURSES..choose one entree

* Pop's Meatloaf with Maple Onion Sauce
Served with snap peas and bacon red mashed  potatoes

*Rustic Chicken Linguini
Chicken and mushrrom braised in white wine served over linguini and baby spinach and topped with herb alfredo, and tomato and basil garnish
GF Pasta Available

* Veggie Burrito Dinner
This dish is more New England than New Mexico...not too spicy.
Two mini flour tortilla burritos stuffed with beans, rice, veggies, and cheese, and finished with a light fiesta white sauce. Side of salsa and sour cream too.
Comes with a fruit bowl, and tortilla chips

DESSERT COURSE
A Stow Away Baker Capaccino Whoopie Pie for here or to go,,,cause youi might be too stuffed!!!
